Drake Skipper is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator for Lend Smart Mortgage and has over 2 and a half years in the mortgage industry as a top producing originator.

His passion is to help clients with their mortgage needs and go the extra mile and make sure the client always comes first. Drake is known for his attention to detail along with an unparalleled level of patience that has helped him gain the respect of all those who work with him. He has experience with many different loan programs such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA as well as First Time Home Buyer programs.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, his puppy, and his friends and family. He currently resides in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio and is a huge sports fans following the Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers and Guardians as well as following Golf and Formula One. You can find him every Wednesday night in the summer playing Golf at Manakiki Golf Course in Cleveland.
