Brian Maghan is an experienced account executive with Lend Smart Mortgage.  He takes pride in maintaining long-term relationships, knowing his clients and helping them meet their borrowers financing needs. He attributes much of his success to being surrounded by a strong team that is always there to help. Brian states that “our goal has always been to help our customers close more loans faster, in a professional manner, with open communication and integrity.”

Brian studied Real Estate Finance & Aviation Management at St. Cloud State University. After a successful career in commercial real estate, Brian transitioned into the role of a wholesale mortgage account executive. He has chosen to work for local/regional full-service lenders who have built their reputations on providing exceptional customer service. Brian is a member in the St. Cloud Real Estate Alumni Association and a Spare Key Ambassador.

Brian & his wife, Rhonda, live in Shorewood, MN, have two adult children, Lindsey & Brent and a black lab, Ace.  Brian enjoys traveling with his family & friends.  He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time in central & northern MN.  He also teaches adaptive skiing in the winter at Hyland Hills.
