I have known Al for almost 10 years. He help me and my spouse get a mortgage when we had a bankruptcy and foreclosure on our credit. We got in a contract for deed in 2012. Highly recommend using Al and his team, if you’re self-employed and want options for qualifying in regards to documenting your income. Al, did the mortgage financing for our original house. Years later, we made another investment where Al helped us again to purchase our 2nd home or lake cabin. I have been self-employed in the logistics business for 15 years and recently purchased a warehouse to run the business out of.
