Description

As the manager of the office, you supervise all the employees. You need to direct and organize them as well as provide training and serve as a team leader. You must juggle operations management and sales responsibilities. The manager reports to the bank’s main office and coordinates with other branches. You create and enforce standards of customer service. You will have to produce documentation, ensure accounting and reporting are done properly and establish branch procedures and policies.Responsibilities

The branch manager leads the office team by example, personally meeting with customers. You also are responsible for retaining and expanding the company’s base of customers. You establish sales goals that staff members are expected to accomplish, then supervise and help them to be successful. The results must be reported to senior bank officials on a regular basis. You may be asked to oversee the office’s information technology or help with marketing the bank’s services.Qualifications

  • Obtain and Maintain an active MLO license.
  • Previous mortgage experience required.
