The LendSmart team has operated together since 2006 and has experienced many changes in the market during this time. Our experience proves itself over and over again through our ability to advise our clients on the nuances of mortgage lending.

Together with our partnership with American Pacific Mortgage we have formed a truly unique offering to both our employees and clients now available in 49 states.
We are direct lenders and seller servicers with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae which means we control the entire mortgage process from start to finish. Not only does this make a difference in the service level we can provide to our customers, but it also makes a difference in the price we can offer our clients as there is no middle man eating away at the profits.
We have worked hard to create the right balance between personal communication and technology to improve the borrower experience. Your experience becomes your choice.
