Scott Flaherty is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lend Smart Mortgage LLC, a highly respected and growing regional lender. With 19 years of experience in an evolving industry, Mr. Flaherty has been directly involved with all aspects of mortgage lending but currently focuses his efforts in regulatory and compliance related issues. Mr. Flaherty founded Lend Smart Mortgage LLC in 2006 and continues to grow the company while maintaining a culture of the small business, family environment his employees love.

He currently sits on the Board of Directors at the Minnesota Mortgage Association, is an active member of several government affairs committees and consistently attends industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities.

Scott is married with two children. They enjoy travel as well as volunteer opportunities that can be pursued as a family.
