I started my career in the finance world in during the 90’s. Having originated loan for over 20 years, in both the conventional and private money sectors, I found myself migrating more towards the recruiting end of the business. As a manager in the mortgage industry, recruiting and relationship building is an integral part of the job. As such, I began focusing more on this aspect and found myself taking on recruiting and business development more than loan originating, which lead me to my position as a corporate Recruiter here at LendSmart Mortgage.    

I was raised in the suburbs of Detroit and went out west for College in the early 90’s. My BA is from Arizona State University and I have an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Most of my evenings and  weekends are spent on soccer fields and when I do have some spare time I like to read. I have also written a few novels and can see myself writing more in the future when it is time to hang up the soccer dad hat.
